Program management is the function
of leading and / or supporting the overall success of multiple initiatives,
project managers, and project teams, in the areas of:
- scope definition and management;
- approach, including business process,
organizational structure, software architecture, and
technology planning and prioritization;
- project planning and tracking;
- constraint identification and handling;
- risk identification and mitigation;
